- This is a service where we receive cases, have our inhouse GP review them and give recommendations.
- The preliminary recommendations and cases breakdown of the medical records are shared with the client.
- We then quote the required experts with lead times and payment terms.

Expert appointments
- On appointment of experts, we appoint experienced and reputable experts.
- We negotiate lead times and ensure on time delivery of reports.
- Patient assessment coordination-times and calender bookings between expert and attorneys.
- Invoicing and payments
- Report submission: our inhouse GP reviews reports and discusses with clients further if understanding is required.

Financing
- Once a case has established Merits, the financial requirements for finalising Quantum can be quite steep.
- Medilaw offers financing of expert reports for Quantum, the joints, associated with quantum as well as court appearances.
- Financing is offered at tailored rates with agreed contracts.
- Negotiated payment terms: negotiation of contracts terms of expert appointments on a case-by-case merit can be discussed with attorneys and agreed i.e., contingency work, payment terms etc. but this is purely base on case merit and review by Medilaw.
